CFREC, Central Florida Real Estate Careers, LLC is owned and operated by Carol Kemp, who has been a Florida State Approved Instructor since 1990. Our students range from high-school graduates to truck drivers to attorneys and to one of NBA’s most famous local and world renowned celebrities. Our approach to education is different than other schools and is successful for all ages and all types of students regardless of their background.

Real Estate Sales Associate License

Our REAL ESTATE course is approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission and is designed to help obtain your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate's License. No prior knowledge is required. A Real Estate Sales Associate is an individual who acts as an associate for either a Real Estate Broker or Owner/Developer. A sales associate can qualify to become a Real Estate Broker within one year after complying with required courses and rules. We also accommodate your advanced needs with the Post-Licensing and Real Estate Broker's class.

Mortgage Broker License

Our MORTGAGE BROKER course is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services,and is designed to explain the fundamentals of the mortgage lending business. A Mortgage Broker is a person who acts as an associate for a licensed Mortgage Broker Business or a licensed lender. A licensed Mortgage Broker is authorized to solicit mortgage loans on behalf of the borrower, to accept an application and to negotiate terms and conditions of a mortgage loan on behalf of the lender. Florida residency is not required and no prior knowledge of the subject matter is required.
