The 63 Hour Sales Associates Real Estate course is required by the state of Florida before you can sit for the state exam to obtain your Sales Associate License. A sales associate’s license is required before you can earn a commission based on the income you receive from a real estate broker or owner/developer.
You must be an active sales associate under a broker or owner/developer for a total of two years before you can obtain your own real estate broker’s license. We offer both courses online or in the classroom.
The tuition includes your book but does not cover your state application fee, fingerprints, or state exam fee, which totals about $200. Information regarding your state requirements is found at: http://www.myfloridalicense.com/ or 850-487-1395. We explain your state application process in detail the first day of class.
Register by clicking on the desired classroom schedule. Or click on the appropriate links to register for the online classes for pre-license, post-license and continuing education. When you complete the online course, the online provider notifies the school and we report your completion to the DBPR and send you a letter of completion for the course.
