School Policy

Our school is dedicated to protect and respect your privacy. Our web master uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information. This site contains links to other sites that we do not control and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

If a student is late to class, returns late from breaks, or leaves early, the time missed will be put toward the (8) hours that you are allowed to miss of the course. If you miss over 8 hours, you must reschedule for another class and pay a discounted tuition. Make up time is only allowed for emergencies and must be approved by the Admissions office. This applies to all Real Estate and Appraisal classes. Mortgage Brokers are NOT allowed to miss any classroom time.

If you change your schedule, there is a $50.00 fee. Changes in your class test date you will incur a $50.00 fee. Any past-due accounts will be charged a $30.00 late fee. If you fail your class test the first time, you will incur a fee of $50.00 to re-take that exam.

We use your information to contact you at your request or to conduct school business. We will not sell, rent or release any information that you might disclose to a third party without your consent.

We welcome all students who desire to learn. We have a casual dress code and a relaxed atmosphere.

*Online Self-Starter course fees will not be refunded*

Payments are refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, plus any material costs, up to 7 days from the date of payment or until the student attends the first class, whichever is first. Also, refunds for students who register online will only be make by check, no credit card refunds if you register online.

Thereafter, payments may be applied to a future class for up to six (6) months from the date of initial payment after which time all payments will be forfeited without further notice. No refund will be considered if you attend any part of a class.

Books and CDs are NOT returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Course books are included in the tuition. If you already have a book, a $10 discount will be allowed.

Changes in the test date, or transfers will be accessed a $30 fee. Any past-due accounts will be charged a $30 late fee.

Students may take the Prep Course an unlimited number of times within one year of payment with advanced registration. Additional materials such as updated books are not covered.

Registration indicates acceptance of this policy.
