• No checks are accepted.
• Dress comfortable for class (jeans or shorts are allowed).
• Bring to class: Calculator, Hi-Liter, Pen and a Notepad.

Real Estate Associate Application Process

Current state application fee $105.00
State testing fee $31.00
Current fee for electronic fingerprint scanning $59.00

1. Go to www.myfloridalicense.com
2. Under "Public Service", click on "Apply for a license"
3. Answer "Yes/No" I am licensed by the DBPR "continue"
4. Read page and at bottom of page select "Real Estate"
5. Then select "Real Estate Sales Associate" (activate account)
6. Continue with application process
7. Print payment confirmation page (with application number and Payment reference #)
